About the Dulicht Court development
R S McLeod are building 43 new homes in a new development, Dulicht Court in Grantown-on-Spey. This new development is the first new significant development in the area for almost a decade. Our new homes are being designed and built by local architects, engineers, ground workers, builders, joiners, and the rest. Almost all of our trades that can be sourced locally have come from the community and we are happy to be a local builder building adding to the community.
At R S McLeod our aim is to build the homes that people from all situations want to live in and so we have committed to building a significant number of affordable homes as well as bespoke houses of the highest standard.
The new development’s 43 new homes are a mixture of house types and sizes, so we have the home for you. The 43 homes are predominantly a combination of 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom semi-detached affordable houses and serviced plots for bespoke houses built to your specification. If you require a larger home with more than 3 bedrooms or if you require a bungalow, we can build a bespoke house to your specific requirements on one of our serviced plots.

The development has been split into phases:
We currently have a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom house design that will be used in phase 1 and on the rest of the site.
We are now taking reservation for houses in the first phase and for the bespoke houses. Houses are allocated on a first come first serve basis and can be held with a fully refundable deposit of £500.
