About the Dulicht Court development
The new homes at Dulicht Court in Grantown-on-Spey, make the first new significant development in the area for almost a decade. RS McLeod are pleased to announce that new approval has been granted to add additional units in 2023. A further 22 units are due to be released later this year including a mixture of semi-detached, link-detached, and detached homes with 2 and 3/4 bedrooms.
At RS McLeod our aim is to build the homes that people from all situations want to live in and so we have committed to building a significant number of affordable homes as well as bespoke houses of the highest standard.
Site plan and location
Dulicht Court development is situated on an open area to the north of Beachen Court in Grantown-on-Spey. Access to Dulicht Court is via a connecting road off Seafield Avenue. Click here to see the site plan in full.

The development has been split into phases:

Phase 2: 8 semi-detached homes – Sold out
Phase 3: Coming soon
House types
We have built 2, and 3 bedroom semi-detached properties in phases 1 and 2 but we will have a new 3/4 bedroom design coming soon.
Reservations:
We are not currently taking reservations until we know when we will be able to return to the development.
